Loyalty programme
Programme rules and privacy notice
You have added (or are about to add) a business's loyalty card to your Wallet. Here is how the programme works and what happens to your data.
How the programme works
- A card in your Wallet
- The card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to install. It shows your first name, your customer code and your balance, updated remotely.
- A stamp or points on every visit
- On each visit, the business credits you with a stamp or points (one visit per day). The business may offer welcome stamps or points when you sign up.
- Your reward at the threshold
- When you reach the number of stamps or points set by the business, you are entitled to the reward shown on the card. It is collected on site; the card then starts again from zero (or from the next tier).
- Occasional bonuses
- The business may offer bonus stamps or points, for example for your birthday or during a special event. These bonuses are given without any stake or game of chance.
- Referrals
- You can share your card with someone you know. If the business has enabled referrals, both the referrer and the referred person may receive a bonus whose amount is set by the business.
- Gift cards
- Some businesses offer gift cards in the Wallet. Their conditions (validity period, partial use, non-refundable) are displayed on the card itself.
- Changes and end of the programme
- The business may adapt or end its programme. You can remove your card at any time from your Wallet or ask for your data to be deleted (see below).
Privacy notice (GDPR)
This notice informs you, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, about how your data is processed as part of the programme.

- Purposes
- Managing your card and rewards; notifications related to how the card works (stamp received, reward available, update); sending the business's offers by e-mail and notification only if you agreed to it.
- Legal basis
- Performance of the programme you joined (contract) for managing the card; your consent for offers, which you can withdraw at any time.
