In My cards → your card → "Customize", programme tab:
- Stamps required and Reward for a stamp card.
- Points per visit and tiers for a points card: up to 6 tiers (for example 50 pts = a drink, 120 pts = a set menu). The customer sees their next tier on the card.
- Given at sign-up: from 0 to 3 stamps (1 by default) or up to 500 points. A customer who starts with a stamp comes back more easily.
After saving, the cards already installed update by themselves and existing balances are kept.
