The Pro plan is free for 14 days. You create your card, then activate it by adding a payment card: €0 for 14 days, then €29/month excl. VAT charged automatically. Cancel in one click before the trial ends and nothing is charged. The Business and Multi-sites plans have no free trial and are billed from the moment you subscribe.

The 30-day guarantee starts when you activate the trial (by adding a payment card) or, failing that, at your first payment, and includes the 14-day trial. It requires the card to have genuinely been put to use: on the day of the request, the card is active, at least 10 customers have installed it and at least 30 stamps (or points) have been issued. The refund is in full — just send us an email. Details in the terms of sale.

Annual billing gives 15% off the first year; a 2-year commitment gives 20% off the first period. You pay upfront for the chosen term; the discount applies to that first period only, after which you renew at the then-current full price. Annual and 2-year plans commit you for that term; the monthly subscription has no fixed-term commitment.

The Multi-sites plan includes 5 locations and a dashboard that brings them all together. Beyond that, each extra location costs €20 per month: use the plan selector to see your exact total.

Yes, all payments go through Stripe. We never store your card details.

It stays yours. For your customers' data, you are the controller and Goodly acts as a processor under the GDPR: we process it only to run your programme. The database is hosted in the European Union, and any transfers to technical providers outside the EU are covered by safeguards (standard contractual clauses, Data Privacy Framework). You can export your customers as a CSV at any time from your dashboard; when the contract ends, their data is deleted. Details in the privacy policy.

No. Goodly works without any till: you or your team add stamps from a phone or tablet, using till mode and a staff code. If you use Shopify or Lightspeed Retail (X-Series), the connection credits the card automatically with every paid sale. SumUp and Odoo connections are coming soon.
