Change plan
In Subscription, choose the plan you want: the change takes effect immediately, pro rata for the current period.
Cancel
Settings → Subscription and invoices → "Cancel". Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period already paid. After that, your current customers keep their card in their Wallet, but no new customer can sign up. During the trial, cancelling before the end charges nothing.
30-day guarantee
The guarantee starts when the trial is activated (or at the first payment) and assumes real use: an active card, at least 10 customers who have installed it and 30 stamps or points distributed. The refund is in full, on a simple e-mail to contact@goodly.be. Details in the terms and conditions.
