- Invoices and bank card: Settings → Subscription and invoices → "Manage subscription" opens your secure Stripe portal. There you download your invoices and change your card. Goodly never stores your bank details.
- Billing details: in Settings → Subscription and invoices, "Billing" block, enter the name, address and VAT number that must appear on the invoices.
- Payment failed: you receive an e-mail with the link to pay the invoice. Until it is paid, the dashboard and stamp distribution are suspended; your customers' cards remain intact and everything resumes as soon as the payment is received.
If your subscription is billed by Shopify (app installed from the Shopify App Store), your invoices are in your Shopify admin.
