Your employees do not need your password. In Team:
- Click "Add employee" and give them a name: Goodly creates their personal code.
- Copy the "Till link" and open it on the counter tablet or phone. The employee enters their code, then the customer's 4-digit code.
- The log shows who stamped what, and when. Deactivate or delete a code that is no longer needed: the employee loses access immediately.
Till mode lets you add stamps or points, serve a reward and undo your own last stamp within 10 minutes. It is available on all plans.
Install the till on the home screen
From Team, "Install the till on this phone" guides you through adding it to the home screen: on Android, an installation window opens; on iPhone and iPad, use "Share" then "Add to Home Screen" in Safari. From an in-app browser (Gmail, Instagram, WhatsApp), copy the link and open it in Safari or Chrome.
