In Team → "Till mode security", define where, when and how much your team can stamp:
- Allowed hours: the till refuses actions outside the time range, Brussels time. An overnight range (for example 18:00 → 02:00) is accepted; 00:00 → 24:00 means permanent access.
- Presence in the shop: if you require it, the device must be within 200 m of the saved position. Set this up on site with "Use my current position". GPS checks proximity, not the employee's identity.
- Limit per employee: from 1 to 500 units per day (50 by default), reset at midnight. A stamp or a points addition counts as one unit; lookups and rewards do not use any.
The new settings apply from the next till action and every refusal is recorded in the log. In addition, ten wrong employee codes from the same connection within 15 minutes block entry for 15 minutes.
