Goodly vs Palomi: 2026 comparison

Palomi and Goodly compared on 8 criteria: Wallet without an app, free plan and price excl. VAT, languages, staff till, paper stamps. Sources checked 10 October 2026.

Two stamp cards in the Wallet, two scopes

Palomi is a French no-code digital loyalty card platform, with stamps or points, a free plan up to 75 members, a card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet and enrolment by QR scan and phone number; Goodly is a Belgian digital loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, without an app, from €29 excl. VAT per month, with a staff till, paper stamp migration and six languages.

This comparison relies solely on public facts, checked on palomi.fr on 10 October 2026, and on Goodly's own pages (pricing, terms). In Belgium, comparative advertising is governed by Article VI.17 of the Code of Economic Law: objective, verifiable, without discrediting the competitor. Palomi may change its offer at any time: check the source page before deciding.

Palomi in brief: a French digital card with a free plan

Palomi is published by Palomi SAS, based in Aubervilliers (terms of use, art. 1). Its website announces "120+ commerçants nous font confiance", "Données hébergées en France" (data hosted in France) and a start that is "Gratuit · Prêt en 2 minutes" (palomi.fr, 10 October 2026). The card works with stamps or points, with a wheel of fortune, scratch cards, automated SMS and a "Booster d'Avis Google".

On the customer side, the flow is simple: "Avec la caméra de son téléphone, il scanne le QR code à la caisse" (with their phone camera, they scan the QR code at the till), then "Saisie du numéro de téléphone et c'est fini" (enter the phone number and that's it). "Un scan = un tampon" (one scan = one stamp), with announced anti-fraud protection ("Chaque scan est tracé et vérifié"). The card lives in the Wallet: "Aucune app supplémentaire à installer", "Tout se passe dans Wallet natif", and "Palomi envoie les notifications directement au pass Wallet" (palomi.fr/fonctionnalites/wallet).

The pricing page shows three plans: Free at €0 for "75 membres fidèles", Pro at "29 € HT/mois" for "500 membres fidèles" with "100 SMS offerts", and Business at "59 € HT/mois" with unlimited members, "300 SMS offerts" and "Gestion multi-points de vente sur devis" (multi-site on quote). Paid plans are "Sans engagement · Annulez à tout moment", with a 17% discount annually. The FAQ states: "Palomi n'est branché à aucune caisse : il fonctionne à côté, par scan d'un QR code au comptoir" (Palomi is not connected to any till: it works alongside, by scanning a QR code at the counter). The terms of use are governed by French law (art. 13) and designate the merchant as "responsable de traitement conjoint" (joint controller; art. 6).

Goodly in brief: your card, in the customer's Wallet

Goodly creates a loyalty card in your name and your colours, which the customer adds to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet by scanning a QR code or opening a link. No app. You stamp from the dashboard, by scanning the customer's QR, with their 4-digit code or from a staff till with separate access. Stamps, points or tiers, push notifications, automated Google review requests, campaigns and offers on the card, migration of stamps from paper cards, statistics, Shopify and Lightspeed connections, six languages.

Public prices excluding VAT are €29 per month (Pro, 1 card), €69 (Business, 2 cards, gift cards, geolocation) and €149 (Multi-site, 5 sites, then €20 per site), with a 14-day trial, -15% annually, -20% over two years, no commitment on the monthly plan and a 30-day money-back guarantee (see pricing). Goodly has no free plan: that is a choice, for full support and features from the first plan.

What Palomi does well

  1. A free plan to get started. Up to 75 members, no bank card, with a card in the Wallet and notifications: a business starting out can test without spending.
  2. Self-service customer enrolment. The customer scans the counter QR with their phone camera and enters their number; the merchant has nothing to handle when stamping.
  3. A playful layer. Wheel of fortune, scratch cards, mystery boxes, badges and birthday or win-back SMS are included in the offer.

Why Goodly is the best choice for a local business in Belgium

Both solutions put the card in the Wallet without an app, at the same paid entry price of €29 excl. VAT. The difference lies in what that price includes, in the languages and in the framework.

Who holds the stamp. With Palomi, the customer scans the counter QR: protection relies on the traceability of scans. With Goodly, you or your team validate the visit, from the dashboard, by scanning the customer's QR, with their 4-digit code or from the staff till with separate access. For a business with several staff and peak hours, knowing who stamped what is included from the Pro plan. The guide loyalty without changing your till explains these modes.

Six languages, including Dutch. The Palomi pages checked are in French and mention no other language for the card. Goodly offers the card, notifications and dashboard in French, Dutch, English, German, Italian and Albanian: essential for a business in Brussels, in Flanders or in the East Cantons.

Paper stamp migration. Your customers already have stamps on a cardboard card. Goodly carries them over card by card, with verification, so nobody starts from zero: see migrating stamps from a paper card. The Palomi pages checked do not mention this migration.

Till and e-commerce connections. Palomi works "alongside" the till, with no integration. Goodly connects to Shopify and Lightspeed for businesses that also sell online or want to link loyalty and checkout.

A 30-day guarantee and a full trial. Palomi's free plan is capped at 75 members. Goodly opens a 14-day trial on the full plan, then a 30-day money-back guarantee if the card has been put into service (terms art. 7).

A Belgian solution, with a clear data framework. Palomi's terms of use designate the merchant as joint controller (art. 6), under French law. With Goodly, you are the sole controller and Goodly acts as processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR (terms art. 13), under Belgian law, with support at contact@goodly.be.

To be fair: a very small business that wants a free stamp card for a few dozen customers, with a wheel of fortune, will find a €0 entry point at Palomi. For a Belgian local business with a team, Dutch-speaking customers and paper cards to carry over, Goodly is the most complete choice at the same price. See also the Goodly or Joyn comparison.

Frequently asked questions: alternative to Palomi

What is the alternative to Palomi in Belgium?

Goodly is a Belgian alternative to Palomi: a card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet without an app, €29 excl. VAT per month for the Pro plan, a 14-day trial, six languages including Dutch, staff till, paper stamp migration, automated Google reviews and Shopify and Lightspeed connections. For the Belgian network player, read Goodly or Joyn.

Palomi or Goodly for a café or a restaurant?

A small coffee shop with fewer than 75 loyal customers can start for free with Palomi. A Belgian café or restaurant with a team, customers in two languages and peak hours will choose Goodly: the staff till avoids every customer handling the counter QR, Google review requests go out automatically and the card speaks the customer's language.

Can you migrate from Palomi to Goodly?

Yes. Palomi's paid plans can be cancelled at any time from the management area, effective at the end of the period (terms of use art. 11); export your customer data from the dashboard. Then Goodly carries over the stamps or points earned, card by card, with verification: see the guide on migrating paper stamps. Your customers add the new card to their Wallet by scanning a QR code.

Is Palomi cheaper than Goodly?

For fewer than 75 members, yes: Palomi's free plan costs €0. Above that, both Pro plans cost the same, €29 excl. VAT per month, with Palomi capped at 500 members; Palomi Business costs €59 excl. VAT against €69 excl. VAT for Goodly Business, which adds a second card, gift cards and geolocation. Above all, compare what is included: staff till, stamp migration, languages and integrations.

How do I try Goodly?
