Two Belgian digital loyalty cards, two logics
Goodly and Fiddo are two Belgian loyalty solutions for local businesses: Fiddo offers a digital points or visits card, used through the Fiddo app or its web version, inside a shared network where « un client inscrit chez l'un est reconnu chez tous » (a customer registered with one merchant is recognised by all); Goodly offers a card in your own brand, added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet by QR code or link, with no app to download.
This comparison relies only on public facts, read on fiddo.be on 10 October 2026 and on Goodly's own pages (pricing, terms). Comparative advertising is regulated in Belgium by article VI.17 of the Code of Economic Law: it must objectively compare essential, relevant and verifiable features, without discrediting the competitor or creating confusion. That is the spirit of this article. Fiddo may change its offer at any time: check the source page before you decide.
Fiddo in short: an app, a web version and a network
Fiddo is published by H3001 SRL (VAT BE 0775.599.330) and presents itself as a « carte de fidélité digitale pour votre commerce » (a digital loyalty card for your business). The customer earns points per euro spent or a visit counter, and identifies themselves with a QR code at the counter. On the customer side, Fiddo offers an Android app (« bientôt sur iOS », coming soon on iOS) and a web version: « Pas envie d'installer une app ? La version web fonctionne tout aussi bien. » Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are not mentioned on the pages we read.
Fiddo highlights a shared network: « Vos clients ne s'inscrivent qu'une seule fois. Une fois reconnus par FIDDO chez vous, ils le sont automatiquement chez tous les commerçants du réseau. » (Your customers register only once; once recognised at your shop, they are recognised at every merchant in the network.) Its privacy policy adds that each relationship is walled off: a merchant never sees the customer's balance or transactions at another merchant.
Public prices are €29 excl. VAT per month (Essentiel) and €49 excl. VAT (Pro), with no commitment and a 30-day free trial without a credit card. Essentiel includes the points or visits programme, unlimited team management (owner, manager and cashier roles), the dashboard, customer QR codes, CSV export and e-mail support; Pro adds automatic e-mails, SMS campaigns, advanced statistics, visual customisation and priority support. Two features are announced as « bientôt disponible » (coming soon): online card and online ordering.
Goodly in short: your card, in the customer's Wallet
Goodly creates a card in your name and your colours, which the customer adds to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet by scanning a QR code or opening a link. No app to install. You stamp from the dashboard, by scanning the customer's QR, by their 4-digit code or from the staff till, whose access is separate from your account. Stamps, points or tiers, push notifications, campaigns and offers shown on the card, automated Google review requests, transfer of stamps from old paper cards, statistics, multi-site, Shopify and Lightspeed connections, six languages (FR, EN, NL, DE, IT, SQ).
Public prices excluding VAT are €29 per month (Pro, 1 card), €69 (Business, 2 cards, gift cards, geolocation) and €149 (Multi-site, 5 sites, then €20 per site), with a 14-day trial on Pro, 15 % off yearly, 20 % off over two years, a monthly subscription with no commitment and a 30-day money-back guarantee (see pricing).

What Fiddo does well
A long trial with no commitment. Thirty days of trial without a credit card, then a subscription you can cancel at any time: a merchant can test the programme for a full month before paying the first euro.
Team roles from the first plan. Unlimited team management, with owner, manager and cashier roles, is included in Essentiel at €29 excl. VAT. CSV export is included too, which makes switching tools easier when the day comes.
A network for customers who already use Fiddo. A customer registered with one merchant in the network is recognised by the others: for a shop whose neighbours already use Fiddo, sign-up is faster.
Why Goodly is the best choice for a local business in Belgium
On the eight criteria in the table, Goodly includes more features for the same €29 excl. VAT entry price.
The card lives in the Wallet, not in an app. With Fiddo, the customer installs the Android app (iOS is announced) or uses the web version. With Goodly, the card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, already on the phone, and your notifications appear on the lock screen. The guide Wallet card or mobile app details this trade-off.
Six languages for a Belgian customer base. Brussels, Flanders, Wallonia and the German-speaking Community do not speak the same language at the counter. Goodly shows the card, the sign-up form and the dashboard in French, Dutch, English, German, Italian and Albanian. Fiddo mentions only French on the pages we read.
Google reviews and paper-stamp transfer are included. Goodly automatically sends a Google review request after the visit and lets you carry over the stamps from an existing paper card, card by card, with human verification. Neither feature appears on the Fiddo pages we read.
Multi-site and connected tills. A merchant opening a second shop or also selling online gets Goodly's Multi-site plan and its Shopify and Lightspeed connections. Fiddo mentions neither multi-site nor a till integration; its online card and online ordering are announced, not yet available.
A guarantee on top of the trial. Fiddo offers a 30-day trial; Goodly offers a 14-day trial on Pro, then a 30-day money-back guarantee (terms art. 7), all with no commitment on the monthly plan. Both solutions are Belgian: support in Belgium, Belgian law, Belgian VAT.
For a coffee shop, a bakery or a salon that wants a card in its own brand, readable by every customer and with no app to explain at the counter, Goodly is the most complete choice at equal price. The Goodly vs Joyn comparison completes this reading for the other Belgian network player.
Frequently asked questions: alternative to Fiddo
What is an alternative to Fiddo?
Goodly is a Belgian alternative to Fiddo for a business that wants a card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, without an app, in six languages, with automated Google reviews and paper-stamp transfer, from €29 excl. VAT per month. Joyn is the other Belgian alternative, network-based: see the Goodly vs Joyn comparison.
Fiddo or Goodly for a café or a bakery?
In a café or a bakery, stamping must take two seconds and the customer must not install anything. With Goodly, the customer shows their QR or gives their 4-digit code, the employee stamps from the staff till and the card updates in the Wallet. With Fiddo, the customer identifies via QR from the app or the web version. If your customers already use Fiddo at your neighbours, Fiddo remains consistent; otherwise, Goodly removes the installation step.
Can I migrate from Fiddo to Goodly?
Yes. Fiddo has no commitment and offers CSV export of your data. On the Goodly side, create your card, display the QR at the counter and carry over your loyal customers' balances with stamp transfer, described in the guide moving to the Wallet without losing stamps. Your customers add the new card to their Wallet in one scan.
Is Fiddo cheaper than Goodly?
The entry price is identical: €29 excl. VAT per month for both. Fiddo's Pro plan (€49) adds automatic e-mails, SMS, advanced statistics and visual customisation; Goodly's Business plan (€69) adds a second card, gift cards and geolocation. Above all, compare what each plan includes: at Goodly, the Pro plan already includes push notifications, campaigns on the card, automated Google reviews, the staff till and the six languages. The guide to digital loyalty card prices in Belgium puts these figures in perspective.
Do my customers need to install anything with Goodly?
No. The card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from a QR code or a link. Create your card: 14-day trial on the Pro plan, then a 30-day money-back guarantee under the terms.
